Melissa the morning waitress is always very friendly and gives great service.

It was nice to be treated like a regular person in the lottery room as if I was a customer at a booths. Usually when I'm in lottery people rarely pay attention. Christie my server treated us the same.

Food was good price was average server was excellent believe her name was Missy. Very friendly and attentive to her guest . Would go back just for the excellent service

I was not happy in the past because of the manager you had. Recently I came in and you had a new manager. He is GREAT. Has the help working much better. Works items to make the restraint newer. Communicates with the customers. Just can not say enough about him. He has the help working with the customers MUCH better. The help DID NOT like the past manager because of his lack of professionalism. AND it showed in service. The service now is just great. I hate to say this, but he needs to be HIGHER in your organization and that way provide this type of service to more of your restraints. The reason I say I hate to say that is we would lose him in Redmond. But you would really gain.

I was satisfied because I was hungry when I arrived and full when I left. However it is a little difficult to relax because the servers are scurrying around so fast and barely missing bumping into one another continually. NOT ENOUGH HELP ON THE FLOOR. SERVERS ARE OVERWORKED.

The service was excellent! Our server was so helpful and friendly, it just made our visit that much better. Thank you!

I had the quiche and salad, The quiche was one of the best quiches I have ever had at Shari's and I would order it again. The crust was exceptionally good.

Mary is always very friendly and makes sure we are well taken care of every time we come here

Everything thing was amazing food was really good

Delicious food. However, the menu seems to change too often. Should be more soup choices every day.
