Always a pleasant experience. Tried prime rib & penne for the first time. Could have been a bit warmer. Also could have used a bit more seasoning. Not terrible but probably wouldn't order it again.

waitresses worked very hard to make sure we were happy and our food was what we expected.

We frequent this Shari's two to three times per week. The manager and most staff are very pleasant. It does take longer than normal, compared to other Shari's I frequent. Seems when I don't see the manager present, things don't run all that smoothly when it comes to cashing out customers and seating new ones....same person is doing both.
