You only offer your potato soup once a week now instead of daily. Because I got to go on Monday, the day you offer it in Redmond, OR, I was looking forward to having it. It was so disappointing....not nearly warm enough, and the potatoes were hard. I learned that the soup is a package mix and not from scratch. I guess I won't be craving it anymore....very disappointing :(

We would like your food to be hotter when served. Perhaps it sat on the shelf too long, but breakfast food is just better when it is served hotter! However, with that being said, the mozzarella stick appetizer was hot enough and very good!

Everything was done righto, but nothing too special.

Asked for no bacon & got it anyway. No knife to cut hamburger. No onion ring. Waitress offered free ice cream but i declined. The booths are also very uncomfortable. The cushions are broken down & should be replaced.

I am highly satisfied with Tami & Melissa as we are regulars on Monday mornings. BUT your Redmond restaurant is getting rather worn and it is a shame as it is one of the most popular eats in Redmond.

Food was okay, service was excellent

This is the 2nd time I asked for no paprika on my eggs Benedict and the 2nd time they put paprika on my eggs Benedict.

My husband's eggs were hard instead of over medium.

Not pleased with new menue---removing certain items especially the meat eaters item plus some others
