Shari's

The biggest problem I believe was our waitress got really busy. Not long after we arrived lots of other people came in; therefore it took longer to get our food. Then the waitress forgot to bring me the side of gravy I had requested when the food was brought. It was some time later when she came by that she remembered.

Was surprised with the serving size of the Meat Lovers Fritatta my husband ordered so it was good that I couldn't finish my meal and I shared with him.

fOR MONTHS, YOUR CASHIERS HAVE TRIED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE WITH MY TELPHONE NUMBER IN YOUR SYSTEM. I USUALLY HAVE A DIFFERENT CAR (I HAVE 5) WHEN i COME IN, SO USE MY TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR MY POINTS. THEY ENTER MY TELEPHONE NUMBER (541-480-8979) AND YOUR SYSTEM (OR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS) WILL NOT LET THEM CORRECT IT TO MY CORRECT NUMBER (SAME NUMBER FOR 9 YEARS) SO IT WILL ADD THE POINTS TO MY CARD. I had to wait too long in line to order my take out cherry pie.

The food & service was good.

Everything was fine. No complaints.

I was very satisfied with everything, there was nothing to complain about! Sarah was outstanding and she provided exceptional service!

service was great and the rewards points helped us save even more $ on the meal than we planned. Please feel free to correct my review to highly satisfied! Go Shari's!! Side note, my Mom is also a Sherry and she is fighting cancer. Shari's is our go to place when she is feeling up to going out for a meal. Thank you for helping make this difficult time a little less hard.

I feel that the portions are too small for the price. Also, nachos, which ARE good size, should not be considered an appetizer. They are a main meal, even for two of us. I would appreciate your consideration of moving this to a main meal item so customers can use this on Wednesday and get a free piece of pie. Nachos are definitely not an "appetizer" at Shari's.
