Unhappy that the pic representing steak shows at least a medium rare steak, yet one can't receive one in your establishment. Not happy that repeatedly have ordered a medium steak for myself and NEVER get one! always arrives MW.

I was given the wrong receipt and that higher dollar amount was processed before I realized I was given the wrong receipt. It was taken care of and corrected immediately though.

Usually, our meals arrive at the same time, but this time one of our party's dinner didn't come until we were halfway through our meal.

The staff all works so well together, showing respect for one another. As a prior business person I feel this reflects on the Management. Jeff is a great manager and the assistant managers are great as well. The chefs, the DMOs,the staff all take pride in their position and their restaurant. Amy McCully-Rife

Over all the service was good. Fries were over cooked and like the bottom of the batch small pieces. Took a few minutes to get greeted and seated. Seemed like they needed another person.

My mom and I like the flavored creamers that are now offered. We normally don't drink Shari's coffee.

The silverware was dirty. The clam chowder didn't taste as good as I expected. But the coconut cream pie was great.

Great blackberry specials. I am so glad they now print the beverage prices in the menu. I disliked having to ask the servers what each beverage cost so I could determine what I wanted or was willing to pay. I actually had servers tell me, " I think a soda is $2.59 or 2.79." I was appalled that they even had to check the register to find out how much a beverage was. Thank you, for now printing it where we can all see the price! I love the new Sharis Cafe card, that I can access from my smartphone.

Our waitress was not at fault but restaurant seemed to be understaffed and she did her best to keep up. Once ordered our food took almost 30 minutes to arrive! She apologized but we couldn't blame her for the slow kitchen. We ran out of time, having spent so much time waiting for breakfast and had to cut our other plans short as my companion had to leave for work.

It took more than 10 minutes to be seated, when there were empty tables and we were seated at one of them finally. So it was not the case of being short staffed. Had to stop someone to get our water refilled, this was not our waitress. My husbands salad was not brought when mine was, had to ask about that and it came right away after asking. Watched our order sit for over 5 minutes before being brought to us.
