inefficient. duty manager never smiled or greeted us. looked bored. staff was clearly working hard during a very busy Sunday morning but waitress was working register and working tables on different sides of restaurant. took over 20 minutes to place an order. other tables served by other staff who arrived after me were served before us.

We wanted to purchase a strawberry cream pie. They had none made and it was after noon. If you advertise it you should have it.

We were sat with no water, did not recieve water for about 10 min. We asked for large water got small ones.. i ordered a mozz app and it never came

For the most part, our experience was good. The waiter who helped us was friendly, though she seemed stressed... It was disappointing that my husband, his brother, and I ordered the new salmon chowder, but only his brother received any since that was all they had left. Also, we ordered a sampler appetizer with onion rings, fries, and mozzarella sticks. There weren't any mozzarella sticks left, though, so we changed that to shrimp. What we received, however, was the onion rings, a few remnant fries that looked like they accidentally fell onto the plate instead of being purposely put there, a couple of shrimp, and some chicken strips... we didn't order any chicken strips. Since fries were the only food one of our party members wanted, it was a bit disappointing. Many of the times we go to Shari's, it seems like the wait staff are pretty stressed. Is this due to a lack of employees? It makes for a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere when you're afraid to ask things for fear of stressing the wait staff out more...

Only 2 waitress on duty, manager wasn't helping them, manager never acknowledge us waiting to be seated but looked at us. He was talking/joking with another employee. He never answered the phone, expected the 2 waitresses that were extremely business to answer the phone. We have ate at Sharis for 30 years, Jeff main manager always on top of everything. This guy reminded me of a slug. Very disappointed on how the waitresses were treated. We have known Tammy for 30+ years at Sharis

The No sugar M berry is always great but this time the filling separated to watery liquid in bottom of pie.

While eating breakfast someone smashed in the window in my daughter’s truck. The manager was apologetic but there was no offer to help this young family that will insure an unexpected expense. Realize this wasn’t Shari’s fault but an offer to cover breakfast or a gift card would have been a kind gesture.

We came for Thanksgiving Dinner. The resturant was very busy, we waited to be seated, no big thing. But we ordered the a holiday meal. They were out of mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing &gravy.now we were there at 3:30 in the afternoon. We had to send our food back to be reheated. The couple that was seated across from us also had to have their meals reheated. The dinner party behind us also had their food sent back to be reheated. There were 3 Managers on duty, you would of thought one of them would of gone to the kitchen and made sure the food coming out was hot, . They shou D of ordered enough food for the restaurant has been there for over 20 years.

At checkout she did not run my Shari's card. I reminded her of it and she said I didn't see it and I can't do it now. I expected her to find some way to make it right. The waitress was very attentive.

Very dirty glass to start out with. I did not touch my drink. Some meals were brought out long before others. Checks were brought immediately after the food. We were asked if we wanted to go boxes within two minutes of starting to eat! I told her I don't know yet and she came and asked again before we were close to done eating. She came and grabbed plates with tons of food left on them. We felt extremely rushed!! Despite the fact the restaurant was almost complete empty! I over heard the waitress and supervisor talking about how slow it was. And when I asked the supervisor as I was leaving if they were short staffed, she said no not at all. When the waitress came by our table she would either rush by without saying anything or rush by and ask how things were and leave too fast to even tell her anything. She couldn't spare two seconds to slow down and make sure we were ok! Then when I went to check out, the hostess refused to use my sharis card. And when I asked for a manager's number, the hostess said there's one here. I'll get her. But there wasn't. A supervisor came over. It took 7 more minutes to get a card for a manager.
