My husband got the clam chowder - while the chowder was good the crackers were very stale tasting - he ate it anyways. We both had the salmon, veggies, and rice. Salmon was great but the veggies and the rice, while good tasting, were cold. I ate mine anyways but husband sent his back to get heated. I was finished with my meal by the time the waitress brought my husband's food back for him to eat.

I had steak and eggs, with hash browns. Your eggs are terrible. The yolks should have a deep yellow/orange color. The yolks are pale yellow and have no flavor. The hash browns were hard. Not lightly crispy, hard! The steak was good.

The place is an absolute dump! It affects customers attitudes, and employees. It's the building. The booth seats are broken down, the carpet is nothing but deteriorated and filthy, the seats in the game area appear to be a health hazard! The Shari's sign on the exterior is on and off. The rest rooms need a lot of help.The A/C keeps the restaurant like a freeze locker. Why can't this location get a makeover? We are regular customers, and deserve a lot more for us to remain so, let alone recommend the store to others.

Usually the pot roast is delicious but this time it was terrible! The meat was either overcooked or you are using a much cheaper cut. It was dry and so tough that the more you chewed, the bigger the piece became. Also, there was only two baby carrots. The seafood combo on the "honor menu" was smaller than usual but still tasty. The side salads were a lot smaller also. I understand there is new owner/management at this location. If you are trying to cut costs at the sacrifice of the food, you are making a huge mistake! We eat here a few times a month and the service is always excellent. I doubt we will order the pot roast again and if the portions continue to get smaller, we will probably eat elsewhere.

Waitress left on break before order was served. She said that her coworker would bring out food when ready. It didn't happen. Food was served after waitress came off her break. Food was not very hot. Mentioned it to waitress. No compensation.

I waited some time last visit for the cashier to figure out how to give me my points last time. She couldn't figure it out and the fellow this time said he couldn't give them to me either....not happy to miss out on my points! Especially when I gave her my card and she didn't use it.

We were seated by the manager. No greeting, hello or anything. Threw the menu on the table and just walked away. When it was mentioned to our very friendly waitress, no apologies from the manager. Waitress apologized, and was very attentive.

First we are a family of 5 and we were seated in a booth that we had to cram ourselves into whem there were plenty of full size booths avail. Secondly our waitress teddie was just outright rude right off the bat while we were placing our order she was busy watching the other side of the building. Our food portions were small for the price amd when I asked to add a piece of chocolate pie teddie returned with a pile of crumbs and a dirty look on her face. I feel like this whole trip was a waste of money. My wife doesn't even want the disgusting looking pile that is supposed to be chocolate pie. It is safe to say that after this visit we will not be returning. The last time we were there we had a bad experience with rude staff as well.... figured the gal that time was just having a bad day but nope this is a repeat issue at this location.

Two of us had ordered "The Bavarian" sandwich meal. They had run out of the pretzel buns that it's suppose to be made with, and replaced it with a plain jane bun. On our way out, we decided to order the advertised keylime pie. We were told that they were out of that. Usually my experience with Sharis is positive. Not this time.

When we arrived it took about 5 minutes to be greeted then seated. After being seated we watched our waitress try to cover the entire restaurant, including the video poker room. As we looked around we couldn't see any other waitresses. When Donna finally was able to attend to my group she apologized and said she was the only one working as two other waitresses had just left and the new ones had not arrived. I asked where the manager was and she said there were 3 in a meeting, which during the hour and a half there never saw or talked to a manager. For the situation, Donna did an admirable job in taking care of us. After about half an hour another waitress showed up, saying she had been called in, but didn't want to be there. Have dined at Shari's frequently and never saw this before. Donna was great.
