My husband and I stopped in to have breakfast. It has been a while since we ate at a Sharis, and when we looked at the menu we were disappointed at the limited selection of the breakfast. I was disappointed when I ordered the thick French toast and it wasn't thick slices and no bacon/sausage/hashbrowns/egg on side for the expensive price. My husband was dissatisfied when we went to pay that the milk shake was over priced and that we were charged extra for ordering after 9a. We will take our business else where and advise others to do so too.

Ordered take-out at the restaurant in person so I could make sure my order was correct and HOT. Specifically requested that the manager let us know when the order was ready so it didn't get cold. He said that he would make sure to let us know. 15 minutes AFTER order was supposed to be ready, went in search of it. It was sitting out on the counter getting cold. Asked the waitress how long it had been sitting out, after telling her that I specifically asked to be notified when it was ready, and her reply was "I don't know". Never offered to find out or do anything about the food being cold. When I got home with the Mushroom swiss burger, not only was it cold like the rest of my $50+ order......it didn't even have ONE SINGLE mushroom on it and only came with 5 onion rings! Rest of food was mainly cold also. Even gave $5 tip on to-go order to make sure that I would receive good service. Absolutely horrible service!!

The waitresses were running around trying to keep up. I have been in a lot of Shari's and I see the manger watching his restaurant helping when needed. He was absent here the whole hour I was there. The phone was ringing, people were coming, food was up and the girls were running trying to keep up.. Never once did the manager check to see if they needed help let alone answer the phone to help. It looked to me (been in a lot of Shari's) like a bit more training of the waitresses would pay huge dividends but they cant function well when overloaded. The dishwasher was hanging around dressed in black and the people waiting were wondering why the man was not helping. He should not have been there with people watching him stand around while not being helped for 10 minutes at a time. One customer called on the phone while a waitress was helping two others at a time and she put it on hold and forgot to go back to them. Not because of lack of ability but for being overloaded. I asked about the manager and he was"doing inventory" in the back. I suggest he get his priorities in order while the people are still coming in. Worst Shari's I have ever been in. since 1985 in Sherwood OR and many.

The server Donna was rude. It felt like she wanted nothing to do with us. I wanted to sit elsewhere and she refused to let us move.

Shari’s food is always sub-par...I eat at various Shari’s locations from time to time because I travel for work. And literally every single time I am disappointed. For the price you ask, your food should be better. My pannini was gross...the lettuce was wilted, it was greasy and dripping oil...I ate it but I seriously wish I hadn’t.

The coffee was ridiculously expensive. My husband's turkey burger came on a dried out flatbread that broke into three pieces on the first bite. The serving of his fries was meager. My half grilled cheese sandwich literally looked squashed and was served on a big oval plate with a partial pickle. Very unappealing and unappetizing looking. Zero presentation.

We ate there on Thanksgiving. We arrived at 3:30. They were out of mashed white potatoes, gravy,stuffing,and cranberry sauce. Food was served cold and sent back. Also pumpkin pie was gone. Three managers were out front handing out pies, when they should have been 1 in the back looking for more food. 2helping the cooks and 3. Helping with reheating the meals that were served cold. At least one table was never bussed. A manager called my sister and told her that there was plenty of food. If that was so, either he doesn't communicate well with his staff or our table and the three tables near us were denied food we paid for. Every one of the guests were polite, we were never even offered a discount. When my brother in law talked to the hostess he was told there was nothing that could be done. We enjoy the Wednesday dinners and free pie. We have been coming for quite sometime, I mean years. I know the holidays were busy. However, not one manager was helping with the problems of the day.

Service and food qualtity/prepardness has declined in the past several months. We were loyal customers, but based on our last experience we will not go to this Sharis again.

My meal was cold and GREASY!!! The portion of eggs was very small. The pancakes were so cold that the butter wouldn't melt on them. They were also covered by black specks from the grill, obviously meaning that the grill hadn't been cleaned properly. The stuffed hash browns were saturated in grease. The bacon was so overcooked that they were too hard to break apart and the strips were glistening with grease. I had a such a hard time chewing it, that I gave up trying. There were drips of grease all over the plate. As a result, I didn't finish 75% of my meal.

Everything was great at my visit until what looked like the manager was handling my payment and decided to write a different amount of tip on my customer copy than what i wrote on the store copy. I now see a charge of his amount than mine.
