Prime Rib ordered by corporate is pre-cooked to medium. I like mine med-rare. Once the cook prepares it looks unappealing and barely warm. Potatoes cold, onion rings burnt and texas toast burnt. Mgr Donna explained how prime rib is ordered pre-cooked. We've had this meal at our Sharis before a few years ago and the prime rib was awesome - that's why we came in. I would suggest not using prepared prime rib and substituting the onion rings and texas toast for soup/salad/vegetable. I won't go back for prime rib unless the meat is NOT pre-cooked. We were compensated with pie?!?

Our waitress was very rude and she took a long time to get to our table, she argued with my friend about the bread. she never once came back to our table .when she brought our ticket she just threw it down on the table and walked away. on the other hand the lady that rang us up was very nice. i didnt get her name but she was great.

Bonnie took at least 20 minutes to take our order. Someone who came in after us got their food before we ordered ours. People were going to the cashiers to order and it wasn't even busy not even 10 people in the restaurant because everyone, minus the cooks, were way too busy visiting with themselves and ignoring the customers. HORRIBLE customer service! Worst I have ever had at a restaurant ever! She's lucky she even got a tip. We almost got up and left because it took so long for her to take our order and we hear and see her visiting with her co workers. Also food wise the only thing was the apples in the Apple pie were hard. And at Denny's you can get a country fried steak for the same price that is twice the size.

Ordered food for my 2 year old son off the child's menu. The hamburger sliders. They were raw inside. I mean red and bloody.

We ordered my husband's burger without onions and absolutely no seasonings, plus no salt on his fries. Once we got his food I noticed the onions right away and he took them off. He maybe had 3-4 fries without salt and the rest had salt in them. When he told our waitress, she went back to kitchen and said something about salt and I believe the onions to the cook, who was 19....his reply was he had been in a rush!!!! The waitress told us then that he was only 19 and he had been in a rush. Either are not good excuses. We shouldn't have heard the excuses but only apologies. I think at that time our waitress told her supervisor, at that time they should have offered to take off his meal or I mentioned a discount. I had to ask them to take off meal, which they did. What really makes us more upset was that no one really cared. My husband has a sensitive mouth because of chemotherapy in 2011. Salt can burn his mouth which it did tonight. All restaurants we go to are usually caring and make sure he gets no seasonings on his food. It will be a long time before we go back to Redmond Shari's. We have gone to both Bend Shari's and have great meals.

Our waitress (Beverly) was so rude that for the first time in my life, I didn't leave a tip. She was too busy chatting with a regular customer to take our order. I asked for sausage and got bacon... she stood and demanded that I give her the bacon back (I figured if it was just going to be thrown away, I could take it to my dogs), and chose to argue with me over the matter. I was never offered any kind of condiment for my eggs and ended up getting it myself. Never offered a refill. Never asked how my meal was. The whole experience was ridiculous. On top of that? My side of pancakes were barely the size of a half dollar. If I ever return to this location, you can guarantee that I will demand not to be seated in this woman's section.

Our waitress had a very, very bad attitude.came to the table with high defensive tone and Intimidated my girls when attempted to order. Manager on shift herd her in this manner and repremended her . I requested to speak to manager . Manager came and spoke with us in a wonderful manner. Apologectic and the promise to council her . Manager brought our Meal to us. Waitress came behind us and set our receipt down as our plates were being set on the table.Would not make eye contact. Waitress passed by us several times passing our empty water glassess, we were in booth across from station. She had a table behind us and continued to cater to them whistling by us. Manager came to us to fill water glasses and ask what pie we would like . Free pie Wednesday. I am appauled at this servers , attitude, rudeness, intimidating behavior she distributed and continued to distribute , even after council from MIC. WE left feeling nothing resolved. Very unhappy at the establishment we frequent often and have for years. This not the first time this particular server has acted in this manner or tone to us or in our presence.
