The manager of the Shari's in Redmond is a total jerk. I watched him disrespect my elderly father. And harass him instead of giving him friendly service. Also, I witnessed him being very rude to other elderly customers. He yelled at my father to have a nice life! And was extremely rude when my father asked for his debit card back. The manager would not give it back to him and took it with him while he went to the back of the restaurant! I am completely disgusted with this man's actions. And I will definitely make it known that no one should patron this restaurant in Redmond. It was a complete shock that the higher ups would be such a disgraceful person to manage your restaurant. And to be so rude to elderly customers when there is a high rate of elderly customers that visit this restaurant... Disgusting!!!! Sincerely, Tracy Curtice

Ordered 2 pies for thanksgiving, a week ahead. At pickup time, husband was 2nd in line and waited 30 min. to be helped. Then they say we aren't on the order list which is a joke. I called the location to order and a gal took down all the info. Finally brings us 2 pies and away we go. Only to get out to serve some and one of the pies is not what we ordered or paid for.

It took 15 minutes just to be greeted. There was a wait which is fine but waited 10 minutes to get seated with half the restaurant empty. Because it took so long I asked to be seated with a fast server because we had plans in 40 minutes. We then were seated with a server that had a table of 15. The server was doing her job properly but it took about 10-15 minutes for her to take their order. So of coarse I was to upset at that time and just asked for our check. It then took another 10 minutes just to pay the bill. I mentioned something to the manager and just blew me off. I understand restraunts are busy at times being a hostess myself but this was highly unexseptable. I will definitely not be going back for a while.

The waitress was rude and disrespectful when issues with the food were brought to her attention she went so far as to engage with another table and tell them that we are white trash because the food was not done correctly. When she came back to the table and I looked out the window and asked her about this she told me to look at her when she was talking to me and said she could discuss customers with other customers and say what she wanted. I then requested the manager and she took our receipt and came back threw a handful of mints on the table along with just the top portion of the receipt as she had ripped off the bottom. When the manager came to the table and I asked if he allowed his employees to discuss customers with other customers and call them white trash he called me a liar and said it didn't happen. I then requested his name and the waitresses name and the corporate number. He printed off another receipt then just stood there. I had to request his name numerous times until he finally pulled a card out then I had to request the corporate number again and he said he didn't have it that it was in the office and I said ok. Finally he huffed and went and got the number.

Every time my husband and I go into Sharis in Redmond,Oregon and if one of these three waitresses is working! We usually get a bad experience! And I don't know, why?

We ordered food to go and Wendi The server did not to pay attention to her food in the window and our foods out there and got cold we had to drive across town with their food before we can eat it and by that time it was very cold and what we asked for was not all there

during the summer I usually visit Shari's 2 to 3 times a week. I am a diabetic, so one of the things I really liked on the menu was the chopped salad. We went there tonight and found out they no longer have the salad. For me, that would be like telling someone that like eggs that we no longer carry omelettes! We asked the server about this and she said it was to confusing to the cook to make this. Really?? I know when we order this, that my son likes his egg halved, not sliced, but how else is there to make a salad? This will certainly curtail the amount of times I now visit Shari's. I am really disappointed!!!!

You raised the price of food on the menu and you raised the price of coffee by $.20 a cup which is outrages. I know you have to make a profit but not at the expense of your Senior Citizens who are the ones that support you all the time.

We go to Shari's quite often as it is a place my grandfather likes to go... we went there last night while visiting. I ordered French toast, an egg and stuffed hashbrowns... I was charged nearly $17 for this... everything separately charged. My mom's bacon was burnt, my grandfather's bacon was burnt and his pancakes were black on top... drinks were never refilled... it was an awful experience.

We had 40 minutes before our movie started so we figured we would grab an appetizer before the movie. After being seated promptly, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to come take our order and then 25 minutes to receive our order, a sampler platter. We did not make it to our movie on time. It seemed that the waitress was more preoccupied with friends that were there than some of her tables. The restaurant was not fully seated. When I waited to pay I had 4 different employees acknowledge that I was standing at the register, waiting to pay, but did not receive any help for 3 minutes. Needless to say, we won't be returning.
