The staff was extremely rude and were too busy gossiping about the other costomers to do their job. There was more staff than costomers and it still took 10 to be seated or greeted. It took 15 minutes to get them to stop gossiping and get a box so we could leave with our okay good.

Out of the 3 times I have ordered the Mexi-skillet (last 3 times I have been here), it has not one time been made correctly. This time, I had to send it back to the kitchen 3 times. I never get to eat with my family when I go here. I was given a free piece of pie that I didn't want. I then complained to the manager and he did comp my meal for me. It's a shame, because it is great when it's finally made correctly.

I was not satisfied because I paid for drinks I never received in the first place. I did not know I had to pay for a salad with my dinner, I only ate a quarter of my food, took too long to even seat us down, never was greeted had three severs at the table trying to figure out who's drink belong to who (very unorganized) I was busy with my baby to see if everything was there with what we ordered, in the end the waiter wanted to argue with me in front of the restaurant about a milk shake I never received which she claimed I received it in the tin can I told her it was a quarter filled plus I paid for Jr shakes for the kids and order an large shake for my self which I never received plus charged us for a mess up on the order (a whole new plate)(which we didn't get a whole new food just a remake of an small omelet). last time I am traveling 46 miles for crappy service.

We got our drinks fast. It eas all down hill after that. Forgot about our salads, and after thirty minutes later here they came. Then about a half-hour or so here came our over cooked fish and chip's so she said the meal was on her. I kust wanted it right. Not be there for almost two hours when the people in front of us ate and left a good time before.

waitress who has been there some time had to be reminded three times to bring things that should have been with order/food was cold/have been a loyal sharis customer in Redmond and never had such poor service/usually tip 20% this time nothing/long time manager was there did not appear he was on duty/waitress was not overtly rude just very focused on people playing video poker and as customer I felt we were just on the path to her real interest/Spent 46+dollars and may return sometime but only to order drink and if service is similar will never return and will tell friends and family in Redmond to be on guard there

We were seated by the assistant manager. This individual seated four of us in a small booth. We commented that we might like something bigger (my grandson was there & he is 6'3"). The individual stated that he might be able to seat us in a large corner booth. We said we didn't want to hog a big corner booth, he smirked and said fine & left. There were many empty regular booths available. Later we called him to our table & asked why he seated two people ina big booth & he smirked and had no comment. He was arrogant, rude, insulting, and incapable of being even businesslike. We called the manager to our table & all he could say was he would see later what he could do with this individual. He also was not helpful in any way!

THE MEAT LOVERS SKILLET WAS SO GREASY, I ONLY ATE MAYBE 4 BITES IN WORRIED OF GETIING SICK, THE PEPPERS IN THE SKILLET LOOKED OLD NOT FRESHLY COOKED FOR WHEN THIS DISH WAS MADE TO ORDER. TOLD THE CASHIER THAT THE DISH WAS NOT EATTEN BUT SHE DID NOT SEEM TO CARE, THE WAITRESS NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ON US.
