We had the best waitress ever...Donna! She was very efficient even though it was so busy. She was very friendly too. Always smiling! She is great!

It was Christmas Day and they were very busy. We had to wait 15-20 minutes but the crew was doing everything they could to get everyone served, so you did not mind the wait. Everyone was cheerful and gave excellent service. The most impressive thing was their attitude. Our waitress made us feel like we were the only customers she had. She deserves a raise. Receipt says her name is Samantha.

Food was served hot and fast, was very delicious, and my hot chocolate was great!! Customer service was great at 1 AM!!

We came in after a movie to have some of your delicious pie. We were seated immediately and had several options to pick from. We did not have to wait long at all for our lovely hostess who returned quickly with our order. We were asked several times if all was well at our table, which it was.

We had good food, except they were out of the sirloin steak. The waitress, Jennifer, was very nice and good service.

Food and service are great at Shari's. We eat our big meal at noon at home and in the evening my husband has a slice of Shari' pie, we buy about four pies each month. The recent change in the recipe for your apple pie gives it a solid top crust sprinkled with sugar which makes it TOO SWEET and the apple filing is not as good as it was before the change. Please CHANGE IT BACK to the previous recipe. We also buy other flavors - chocolate, cocoanut, pecan, peach - but the apple WAS the best.

Service by Melissa is always excellent. Food is excellent. Jeff is wonderful. Love this Sharis
