Despite the crowded restaurant, our waitress was very efficient, friendly and attentive. I had a special dietary need that was accurately fulfilled and was wonderful. Upon leaving, our waitress was quick in taking care of our payment.

We are regular diners at the Gateway Shari's. We have never had a bad experience there! The staff is always pleasant and seem happy to see us! This is what keeps us coming back! The atmosphere, staff, food and, of course, the Pies have us hooked!

DanielH did great. He was extremely knowledgeable with the menu. He suggested I turn my French toast into a breakfast and made the absolute to die for strawberry and whip cream toppings. Very great asset He's a keeper very friendly and a jokester
