Great service

Waitress was very helpful as one guest was handicapped and needed special seating.

Our server was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I asked what she suggested for a good breakfast and she suggested the chicken fried steak platter. Awesome choice! The mexi skillet seemed a little small compared to our last visit, but we made up for it when Selina suggested pie. Good visit.

The server Angela was very attentive and helpful. We appreciated her positive attitude. her customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Thank u so much for making our night!

john and salina were very pleasant and knowledgable about the menu.... I asked them numerous questions regarding the thanksgiving feast which made me decide to purchase the feast for thanksgiving... can you say YUMMO !!!

We just got there from really busy. Didnt take to long to get a tabke. Manager was right there with our water and coffee. Very friedly then julia waited on us very nice and polite. Came back couple times ask if every thing ok. Then manager came. Y again ask if we would like a pie to take home. We did not this time very good breakfast.

My waitress was Angela and she is always so great. She has such a huge amount of energy. I come to study and have pie and tea, and she sets me up in a quiet corner, and knows just when to check-in and when to leave me alone. No one else there has allowed me to sit on the unoccupied side of the restaurant, which is important in order for me to concentrate on my studies. Angela is the best, and her manager gave her the approval to seat me there, so he, too, is awesome!

We charge our car at the nearby EV station and this Shari's is very convenient. The waitress was quick to respond to any request, like high chair, booster seat, banana slices, etc. Also, wrangling an active baby I simply requested the most food for my money and she didn't even hesitate with a delicious suggestion and perfect upgrade. I really appreciated that she just picked one! Thank you for ease of ordering and a great dining experience...she was also very personable :)

Friendly service, good food at good price. The only thing that wasn't the best was how long it took to get seated, but that was because it looked like the Sherri, our server, was doing everything herself, greeting, seating, taking payment, taking orders and serving. We never saw another server, just a young man sweeping and vacuuming. We felt kind of bad for the woman, but she was very friendly and doing the very best she could given the circumstances.

My waitress Erin was so amazing running between tables besides our table. We brought in a bus load of kids. We popped inton sharris. Our team won the 1st round of soccer playoffs and pumped . The restaurant got tables ready for us in a hurry and fed us all. Also made sure we all got our pie exceptional customer service!! Taft Tigers we're so full And happy!!! We live in Lincoln city ore
