Great location, clean & new facility, knowledgeable & friendly staff

The waitress was extremely friendly, accommodated, my requests for food to be cooked special and several ingredients on the side. Even though it was busy, she was very prompt in getting us seated and our order taken.

Very good day and bought pleasant staff

We were seated quickly and asked would we like a beverage. She was knowledgeable about the menu. Giving us options for the meal we ordered. She stopped by several times to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our meal.

Due to a medical condition I need all my food pureed. The manager at the North Springfield (Beth) was very gracious and made sure my meal was pureed to my satisfaction. I am so grateful to her as I still enjoy eating out with family and Shari's is the only restaurant I have found that is willing to meet my needs. I will continue to be a patron the the North Springfield Shari's and I highly recommend this Shari's to anyone. Thank you for the very special person you have in Beth. She truly knows what customer service is all about.

The waitress seated us promptly and took our order in a timely fashion. She was very polite and courteous.

Love the new remodel, it is clean and very classy looking. Needed to new face lift and they did a good job. We went in for pumpkin pie and coffee and was very happy with our order. We eat more often at another Shari's in the area, glad we went to this store this time.
