I have been visiting Shari's for a number of years. Only complaint I have is at times the music too loud and not to my liking. Told by employees that not controlled by them. At one time always pleasant music while dining.

Sherri was our waitress and we love her. She, and all the others, are special to us and we enjoy eating there at least five times a week. The food is great and the atmosphere wonderful and always clean.

Great food and service. The cook at this site always gets it right. Wait staff help one another for example, if we have finished a plate, one wait person will clear it even if it is not his or her table.

This Sharis is always clean and the atmospher is a place of happiness. That is the feeling I get when I go to this Sharis in Springfield, OR.

We had to wait 30+ minutes across the road because they didn't have a high chair, so, we finally walked out, we came to Sharis and had a table in minutes, wonderful service, and delicious food. Thank you as always!
