Everything is always great at this location

We really enjoy Anji. She's a great waitperson and takes good care of us while we're there. We like eating there for all the listed reasons, but Anji really sells the place.

Julia is an excellent server, she was quick, and friendly. This restaurant is always a warm environment, and has lots of regulars.

Exceptional Service.

We eat brunch together each Saturday after the kids practice. They request Shari's because they love the french toast, and we love that we can have kids in a restaurant without everyone glaring... they're usually well behaved, but like other 3 year olds can get a bit restless.

love the decor in this Sharis. we visited from out of town. love the variety of items on the menu and all the healthy choices. i put down that i would not be likely to visit here or recommend this Sharis because i live out of town,as i said, and do not come to Eugene that often.

the food was by the best

The service from the team members is excellent, I notice frustration from them due to the cooks taking a break during a busy time and the manager is at the counter eating his breakfast, now REALLY!!! On another occasion a member of our party ordered French toast only, there were remains of hash browns on the bottom we were told the manager cooked. The atmosphere is just not the same and we may consider going else where. However we want to support the servers, Daniel, Julia and Sherri. I used to give high rating to this store but cant do that anymore. What is happening to what used to be a fun place to go for breakfast?
