Sorry but pie isnt as good as Marie Calenders rest.

Check back by server not up to usual standards. Forgot soup but rectified with substitute. I was highly satisfied with result but since you asked about specific portions of my visit I answered that specific question as not satisfied.

Friend got served wrong food had to wait

It was pretty goos. Highlysatisfied would be super.it is ok overall.

The price is a little bit higer. But pretty good value overall. I am back alrealy

They seemed to be short staffed. Waitress had a lot of customers to wait on.

Server didn't listen to me I wanted orange juice she brought me coffee instead.

Dining at Shari's is an experience that is fine, but rarely would I describe it as stellar. We were traveling. This served it's purpose well.

Never give out highly satisfied on surveys.

I tried a new dish (Meat Skillet) and the biscuits and gravy were hardly warm, yet the main entree was nice and hot. Our drinks were never refilled, including my water which I drank mine and my wife's water. We were never asked how our meal was. Although our server was personable and very friendly, once we received our food we did not "see" her a our table until she brought our bill.
