Shari's

Everyone was very friendly and our food arrived to us within a very short amount of time. Everything was correct as we ordered it. The whole place was neat even though quite a lot of people were there. Whenever we ran out of water one of the servers immediately filled our glasses within two minutes or less.

Julia is an awesome server. Very kind, friendly and fast on her feet. The food was really good and I love using my Rewards towards meals.

Sherri and her team or staff members work well together to provide an exceptional experience. They are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, accurate and attentive. Great place to eat.

We were introduced to some new items. Friendly waitress named Angie made us feel very welcome. Able to upsell with ease and confidence, I respect the salesmanship.

Prior to visiting this wonderful establishment my fiance and I had went into the Pioneer Parkway location as we were closer to that Shari's. After ordering coffee and talking to the server about what we wanted the manager decided to step in and totally ruin our experience by telling us we cant order how we did. Instead of continuously arguing back and forth I told him I would like to pay for our coffee and we would then take our business to the other Shari's. Which is exactly what we did. After arriving at the Eugene location, we were greeted and sat promptly. Our server Daniel was absolutely phenomenal. He not only listened to our story about what had just transpired, he also got our order correct and without hassle or arguing. He kept our coffees full. He stopped and chatted about our day. He was apologetic about our previous experience. He even got our coffee taken off our order since we had just paid for coffee at the other location. Supreme service and excellence of menu knowledge. Daniel is the only reason why I will still continue eating at Shari's after my faith has been restored. He genuinely made our day that much better. Thank you Daniel!!

Good food as always with very friendly good service. A pleasant clean place to eat.

Great, Quick, Friendly Service

Good Food, Nice Environment, except for they have most of the fans blowing down as should be done in the summer for cooling customers. Darn cold where we were first seated near one of the ceiling fans. We asked and moved to a table away from the downdraft blowing. Only one fan was set to pull the warm air from the ceiling draft it downward. All the others on the East side of the restaurant blowing opposite.
