My visit was routine and not exciting. Service was a little slow. Was everything I expected.

The food was good and the service was great! Just needed the food to be hotter.

my sandwich was good but the fries were cold

We had a problem of many folks arriving at the same time and the greeter ignored a gentleman in a wheelchair that was next and took other folks before him. I called this to his attention and he said "well, he didn't speek up". Just because everyone else is pushy and rude to get a table first does not excuse the greeter for ignoring this older gentleman who was up front of everyone else. I think Levi might need additional training. Now upon being seating my husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner served with great attention by Daniel H. who is very personal and attentitive. He provided excellent service. You need more employees like Daniel to continue to make this a great place.

What's wrong with being satisfied & why does everything have to be over the top. I enjoyed my visit, the food was good, the atmosphere was ok, the servers did there job well, and it is unrealistic to think everyone has to be highly satisfied with everything you have to offer.

It was a Busy Sunday after a Football game. The place was Packed. Just took a touch longer to get my check than Usual. Plus, there were honored Elders waiting to be seated. I didn't mind waiting a bit longer.

Seems orders are taking longer than they used to at any of the S haris we visit. We got Tater Tots instead of the fries we ordered. The wait person was in such a hurry, she left our table before we finished ordering. I appreciate the hustle but she should have had more help.

They were out of the types of pie we wanted to order. My dinner was put under the heating lamp and the salad on my plate got warm.

There didn't appear a large customer load but staff was moving at breakneck speed, noisily gathering and banging dishes seemly leaving little time to discus or take our orders.
