My husband and I both ordered eggs over medium and both received over hard (Eggs Over Medium -- flipped, whites fully cooked, unbroken yolk, yolk creamy) . My husband ordered your T-bone steak medium and it came out looking like it was steamed - a grayish brown color- and it was more than well done. It was like leather. For a company that is advertising the heck out or your steak breakfasts, you need to make sure you have people who can cook steak to the specifications of the customer.

ordered chicken fried steak and it seemed rather bland, not as fresh tasting as it could have been. it seemed all very processed tasting

Would have liked a few more offers on the refilling of my water glass! But I do want to say I was here for a very long time awaiting my next Eugene appt. and I did feel very welcome and taken care of!

The problem we had was a hair wirh the hash browns. When I discovered it, it came from under the food. Our server didn't seem to know how to handle the problem. Her first question was what do you want me to do, put this food on another plate or have a new order. I thought this was a strange way to deal with this problem. When I waited tables you first apologized then you told customer you would have new food prepared immediately. I just think she needs to know how to handle this problem, she seemed to be asking us what she should do rather than knowing what to do. Other than that she served us very well.

Our server, Kaylee-2, was abrupt and very difficult to understand. When she did check back with us, after our meals were nearly finished, she rattled off what must have been a question so quickly we couldn't understand a word she said. Rather than wait for our answer, she left almost before she was finished talking. When my husband mentioned this to the cashier, she insincerely, apologized.

I should have listened to our server. She warned me about the taste of the fish & chips, that other folks didn't seem to like it. And she was right, as it was not good. My wife's choice of Salmon as good.

Only because there was a hair under our pancake. The waitress gave us a discount on our coffees'. The meal was great up to the point of finding the hair almost towards the end of the whole meal.
