I was disappointed with a couple of things. First the delay in being served, sort of explains why the temperature of the food was not satisfactory. Second, the way my potato was served was not pleasing to the eye, nor was it easy to get out of the foil to actually eat it. To understand my concerns it would be best to know what we ordered for dinner that night. I ordered the Honored Sirloin Steak with baked potato and side salad. My wife ordered a Steak Salad. We were served the entire order all at the same time. I am ok with that because the wife had ordered a salad as her main course, but, the server could have asked if that was the way we would like it served. Considering that the only hot food on our order was my steak and potato it seems odd to me that it couldn't be served hot. Maybe it was waiting for the salads to be prepared and that is why it cooled off. The last issue is not huge, but we spent our time not being served reading the table tents about your three chocolate pie. The advertising department did a great job! We wanted to order the pie for desert and if it was good we wanted to take one home with us. To our dismay, you were out. So we did not spend that money.

Server was not attentive to refilling beverages. It was Thanksgiving and seemed really busy.

most everything was satisfactory. my only concern was when i ordered the senior menu pancakes. they were over $6.00 (i don't know the exact amount because i wasn't given the receipt with the amounts on it) anyway, i received 2 pancakes and they were less than 6" across. i can get 2 larger pancakes at denny"s for $2.00. seemed like yours were a little overpriced for 2 pancakes

The only problem i have ever had with Sharis is, when I order veggies, they are never not, just luke warm.

I was very satisfied for the most part, although the food (a simple order today) was for my wife. The staff at Sharis are always friendly toward the customers, and they seem to operate as a team. I would have checked that my food did not come out fast enough, but truly, I was in a bad mood and in a rush. Although I was kind, that mood reflects me not marking "highly satisfied." I don't blame that on Shari's.

Our server, Anji, was very friendly and kind. We liked her. Everything was good, but the soups and gravy were quite salty.

My toast was burnt, and my hash browns were undercooked. My over easy egg was broken. I ordered extra butter for my toast that I did not get. When I got home and saw the canoli that I had ordered for my husband and saw that it was just a regular pancake and not an actual canoli I was disappointed.
