The restaurant was obviously understaffed. The waitresses were responsible for every thing from seating, taking orders, bussing tables, ringing up the patrons on their way out. Near the end of the visit the manager did appear but she was not seating, or ringing up patrons to free up the waitresses who were working very hard to provide the best service possible, being over loaded with jobs! Where were the bus people and cashiers?

Our omelets were brown so they were overcooked...tasted okay...but temp turned up on burners to high.

We were on vacation in Oregon. We do not have Shari's in New Mexico. I wanted to take a moment to thank Julia and Jami at the Springfield location for making our breakfasts a very pleasant event. Please give our thanks to them.

It was busy so understand why a liitle slow. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. The salad was a little small and mango smoothie tasted ok. But overall I liked it and think it is a nice place to hang out.

Tomato soup was too salty.

We go to Shari's on our lunch hour and the service is fast and efficient, which is great for a sit down, non fast food meal - so we are able to get in and out in our allotted lunch hour.

My wife is in a wheelchair and we were not seated for 25 minutes even when there were empty tables. The portion size of my BMP was smaller and had less ingredients then normal.

Good very good, not great. Mashed potatoes and side gravy luke-warm.
