Ordered ham San on sourdough, bread was dry and a bit stale, onions on San that were not ordered. Cook forgot to cook the fries so we got them when sandwich was over half gone. Server very rushed. Then we got approached by street people as we left asking if we had leftovers . The restaurant was very loud and did not care for the lighting. There was a power outage of some sort that had the Pioneer Parkway Shari’s was closed🙁 so if our Pioneer Parkway store is ever closed again we will go to Elmer’s.

Never greeted. When server stopped, she said, “want a pie?” Mgr and servers joking among themselves, not paying attention to customers. I was not served, I just paid for a pie. Never greeted, spoken to, not thanked.

I ordered the steak to be cooked MEDIUM. When it came out it was not only well done it was CREMATED, I could not chew or eat it. It should have been threw out by the cook and a new one cooked as I ordered at medium.

The server was not very pleasant or friendly the server did not put my business first and did not make me feel welcomed not friendly at all

The battered fish was fine, but so oily. Should have been drained, or blotted. Secondly, I ordered tea & the steel carafe holding additional hot water was not washed & was tinted brown with previous coffee. By the way, I always bring my own go cup with coffee because every time a new pot is made, it is dumped into the old coffee remaining in the thermus. It always tastes stale & old. The waitress was efficient, but fake friendly like an on-off faucet which is never good.

My husband and i ordered the same thing and it was different in appearance. My omlette and pancakes were very small. My pancakes did not taste very good. Will not be ordering what i usually order when i come to sharis.

We were lied to about our nephew we waited over 5 hours for him to come to work . We had no idea he would not want to see us . We love him very much . He has been different snice he lost his brother .We are worried about him . We would do anything for him .we love him he has walked away from everyone. It took a long time for our waitress to come take our order, Then, when our order was ready, it sat in the pick-up window getting cold while we waited a while for our waitress to pick it up and deliver it to us - so our order was not hot when we got it.

I paid $14.99 for what I expected to be a dinner-sized steak meal. It had three onion rings, a baked potato, two tiny pieces of bread, and a streak that was petite at best. I was still hungry at the end of the meal. This was not in the senior section nor was it in the kids menu. It was the regular menu. My wife and two daughters are vegan due to health issues rather than conviction. There was virtually nothing for them to eat. You used to have a veggie burger, but even that is gone from the menu. Unless you can come up with a compelling reason to try again (meaning, these issues are addressed in a meaningful manner), I am done! If you are going to explain to me that the steak size was not stipulated, and you have no obligation beyond that, I am done!

My granddaughter's soda wasn't delivered until after meal arrived and we had to ask for it. Our appetizer was forgotten and finally arrived at the end of our meal; again we had to ask what happened and why we hadn't received it.
