Two things; the salad dressing offerings have changed so that red wine vinegar is no longer offered as part of oil & vinegar salad dressing. The other thing is that I can't get "rare" prime rib, in other words, I can have it any way I want it as long as it's the way Shari's wants to provide it. Unacceptable.

We ordered prime rib med. well, they brought one that had been on a grill it was OVER DONE and dry and tough. I ordered vege. instead of potato and they put about a table. of veges. i'll not go again.

My waitress seemed upset and was unfriendly. I ordered the lunch trio, my sandwich looked liked it was thrown on the plate. I selected the banana cream pie for my trio and the bananas were slimy and the whipped topping was hard. The waitress looked at my table but never addressed if I had an issue and actually seemed to ignore us after she noticed. She dropped the bill off and rushed away. I tried not to take it personal because she seemed like she was treating the other tables the same. However she did ask another table is something was wrong with their sandwich. (I'm not one of those customers that always complain - I only rate this because of how unhappy we are with our experience. Typically we enjoy our time and food at Sharis.)

waited 3 to 4 min to be seated , associate was not friendly , seemed like we were an inconvenience to her , and we noticed that is how she was with all her customers must have been a bad day for her. (ps this was NOT our server) I went to use the restroom while waiting for our food and noticed at another table some burnt pancakes , and i told my husband i hope your pancakes dont come out like the ones I just saw at another table. And unfortunately they did they were also were cold. Our sever was fine except she didnt come back and check how things were or we would have sent our pancakes back. We want you to know as a company normally we go to Santa Clara river road location and havent experienced this kind of thing, so we will take it as a bad day at Gateway location but still a reflection of your company and we will be a little less so quick to go visit another Sharis for awhile.

Really disappointed in the wait for the food and all we had wS salads also the portions seemed much smaller than. The Shari's we go to close to us in Roseburg.

We arrived at Sherry's we were pumped exceeded our drinks were served promptly we ordered after being indecisive for a little while which is understandable because we're indecisive and then placed our order which was forgotten and continued to sit for over a half an hour and didn't get no food when we finally did get food they credited us two coffees yay for sitting for an hour waiting for food

There was a hair in my food, I ordered a banana split and the waitress rolled her eyes and didn't ask if I wanted Carmel or pineapple. She was super rude and disrespectful

Our server argued with us and the manager over how some of the food was going to be charged. Angela wrote down the wrong order for one of us and then tried to argue with us and overcharge by about $2. A manager stepped in and made amends by comping some of the cost, which we appreciated very much. He did the right thing. We did not get offered refills for our drinks, especially for the person who ordered the soda. We saw our food sit in the window for more than four minutes before being brought out to us, so it was warm at best. We suspect one of our items was missing, but it would have been nice to have been served most of what we ordered so we could eat the food while it was hot. A little.communication would have gone a long way. Overall, our server Angela did not meet our needs (refilling drinks, accuracy of our orders, bringing us warm-cold food). The manager was helpful is resolving our issues when we were at the register. Angela still tried to argue how our check should have been input.
