As a customer in your store I witnessed the night manager interacting with a line cook in a highly disrespectful way. The night manager said that the line cook did not need to question her because she was the manager. I am unaware if the line cook responded because I could not hear that. However, the night manager proceeded to yell at the line cook that he needed to "shut his mouth". Our server then commented when she came to our table that "someone needed to be put in their place". This is an unacceptable way for management to treat the employees, especially in front of the customers.

came in at 9:53 on a wednesday(free pie day) to place a togo order and was ready to order upon entry the waitress took us to the counter seating and said she would be back in a second to take our order. the waitress then proceeded to take care of other tasks telling us three different times she would be right back when she finally came back to take our order we asked if we could still receive the free pie and was abruptly told "no, not unless i can ring it in time but i think its too late". then she forgot the regular choc. milkshake we ordered and then made a choc. pie milkshake. we also wanted to buy a strawberry pie but the waitress helping us was very brash.

It took at least an hour to receive our meals. One salad (meal) seemed small. And the gravy on the pot roast tasted like thickened Au jus.

We waited more than 20 mins to be seated after 1900. The manager on duty did nothing about this there was no communication at all in fact she completely forgot about us. One order had the burger setup on the side and the cook simply removed the setup and placed it on a plate and sent the burger out.

Pies no better than one out of a grocery store freezer

Obnoxious waitress. Loud and very aggressive about getting our order even though we were still looking over the menu. Breakfast sausage was grey in color with no browning from the grill and had minimal and awful flavor, not at all like breakfast sausage. Scrambled eggs were like rubber. Toast was cold. Scant amount of jelly. Grilled cheese was good and hot. Soup was pretty good. Overall felt like food was just tossed at us. Cook didn't care about what was served from kitchen! Seems no pride in what they send out.

I called the number for Sharis in Springfield, and pushed 1 to place a to go order. A gentleman answered, took, my order twice, then the phone acted up and a woman came on the line from the actual location I was trying to pick up my food from. She asked for my order, I ordered: the breakfast Sampler with 2 OM eggs instead of the scrambled, French toast instead of Pancakes, a side of country gravy, I also asked to swap out the 2 sausages for 2 pieces of bacon. What I got was: scrambled eggs, pancakes, and a total of 3 pieces of bacon. I caught the pancakes and told them I ordered French toast, which they replaced for me, but I didn't catch the eggs or bacon situation. I had to ask for butter and pancake syrup, as well as the 2 large orange juice I requested. The ladies were nice and I was to them as well leaving a $5 tip. I just wanted you to be aware of the inattentiveness to the order and situation with the phone calls.

Two of my recent visits to sharis have been very disappointing. The first I ordered a waffle with two eggs and bacon. The waffle arrived cold, server returned it to kitchen. Came back dark brown and so hard had to cut it with a knife. Server offered new waffle which I declined should not take 3 tries to get a simple waffle order correct. Today's visit was equally negative. First I was disappointed to find you no longer have the farm breakfast on your menu of biscuits, gravy hash browns, eggs and bacon so I ordered bacon and eggs with biscuits and a side of gravy stressing that I wanted the gravy on the side and not on the biscuits. When the order arrived at the table I found the two biscuits on the plate covered with gravy so the server agreed to return it to the kitchen and have that corrected. When the order was returned to the table the biscuits and gray situation had been corrected but there were no hash browns so the server said she would quickly get an order of hash browns out to me. They did arrive but definitely not quickly and they were saturated with grease. After these two experiences I will not be patronizing sharis any time soon. Thomas Dobbins
