The menu I received was different than the menu my wife received. Mine had a pic of the Eggs Benedict at the bottom of the page, and it was laid out differently than hers. The price listed for Eggs Benedict was less than $10. I think it was $8.75? Both the eggs I received on my Eggs Benedict were overcooked - cooked hard. I was very hungry, so I just ate them that way. My bill came, and my EB price was $10.25. When I went to pay, I told the cashier that my menu had Eggs Benedict listed at a price under $10. She took a defensive and annoyed stance with me, and told me "That can't be. I only have one menu." Then grabbed a menu near her (the one my wife had had), turned to the Eggs Benedict and said, "See?" I told her my menu was different than the one in her hand. She acted as if I were fabricating a story for a discount, and continued to insist I was wrong. I told her, "I guess the customer is always wrong." I was not going to mention my overcooked eggs to her, but her rude behavior brought it out of me. This annoyed her even further. No apology, no "we'll get it right next time". She said, "Should have sent it back then!"

1st Kayla(?) was very, I guess "not friendly" is a good way to put it, when she seated us. 2nd..I never got a check, when I went up to pay, I had lottery tickets also. I stood up waiting for Kayla to find our check in the computer. While waiting, 2 other people came up to pay their checks. Kayla cashed me out and then said I would have to wait for my lottery until she cashed out the other two guest. I said really? She said yes. So I, being first in line, have to wait in the back of the line for my winnings? At that time, Dan(?) came walking behind her and she said here Dan take these. So then, wait, I had to wait till Dan poured wine, got water and returned that to the table he was waiting on before I got paid out. This was very rude and I don't consider this good customer service at all, especially when there are so many other restaurants in the gateway area to go to. This is the second time one of your waitresses was extremely rude to me. Your food is not cheap and I expect not to be treated bad by your waitstaff.

I understand that it was busy, but when we walked in no one acknowledged us. It took several minutes for someone to say something, but then she walked away. It took over 10 minutes for our order to be taken and it took even longer to get our food. I waited awhile for my check and finally decided to walk up to the cashier because I was tired of waiting. As I mentioned, I do understand that it was a busy night, but I think staff could've been more attentive.

We decided to eat dinner at this Shari s as we were hungry for red meat. The server said that the prime rib was good so I ordered rare. The meat was completely cold. I was provided with a small portion of hot au ju which helped. The appearance was like no other prime rib I have ever eaten. I think it was pre cooked and then they tried to heat it up somehow. My husband ordered a sirloin steak, medium rare. It looked like medium well and ice cold. The server took it back and supposedly reheated it, it was more towards well done and still cold. I would love to know how those dinners were prepared. The menu has nice pictures of nice juicy steaks and prime rib and these were not even close. The plates had no juices on them what so ever and the fat on them looked like it does in the meat market. Discusting!!!!!!! The server kept saying she was sorry but didn't offer to do anything about it. We have had some good breakfasts at Sharis but are more than disappointed with dinner. Right now it is don't make that mistake again. Is this how all Shari prepare their red meat?

My waitress was horrible. We waited at the table 15 minutes before she came over. She forgot my drinks and messed up my order. She also was very rude in tone of voice
