Shari's

Rene was our waitress and she did an excellent job. Checked on us when she went by, kept our water filled, gave us updates about our food. Very satisfactory service and the food was very good. We ordered a whole pie to take with us and she got us a fresh one the minute I told her what we wanted.

We were greeted as we came through the door. Our waitress was extremely accommodating and polite 100% of the time. Food was enjoyable as always.

MaryLee is an asset to Shari’s and accommodating to the customers. Friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcome. We won’t be back in 30 days as we live hundreds of miles away but hope to see MaryLee on our next visit. The cook and helper were friendly as well. Overall great dining experience. Clean and comfortable. Thanks for having us.

There are very attentive staff members at the Roseburg Shari’s. They are always friendly and helpful. And the food is good!

Honestly we have gone to Shari's with in the past sixth months in Eugene and Springfield and been very disappointed with the service not from the wait staff but the length of time it took to cook the meals. So it is extremely Satisfying to go to a Shari's that gets the food out in a reasonable amount of time. This location meets and exceeds our expectations! Excellent!
