Shari's

Shari's is our first choice for breakfast. As seniors we share and have never made to feel bad because of this choice.

Although the waitress assigned to our table never showed up, the waitress assigned to nearby tables intervened at took our order. Her name was Rene. Rene was friendly, courteous, attentive, and extremely efficient. She was in fact, one of the best waitresses we have ever had - anywhere. She turned what could have been a disappointing experience into an exceptionally positive experience.

There is no meal or food we did not like, everything tastes so great and fresh and is delicious, it is always a treat to stop at Sharis for a meal . We love this place

Our waitress "Rene" at the Roseburg location #243 made our dining experience enjoyable. Rene was very pleasant and made sure we din't run out of anything we needed. I was disappointed in the T-bones we ordered, we asked for them to be well seasoned and they were very bland and over cooked. Just a few days prior we were at the same location and my husband ordered a T-bone, the cook did a fantastic job, it was full of flavor and cooked to perfection and this is why we came back on Valentine's day thinking we would get a delicious T-Bone dinner, But no, that did not happen.

I found everything to be completely satisfying and enjoyable.

WE were very pleased with food, service and the very nice waitress we had.

Feb 8 at 12:26 The restaurant was understaffed, and in the middle of a huge rush. Bailey, the cashier, was fulfilling three jobs at once, and responding to customers at the same time. The food took a little longer than normal to receive, and a couple of things were overdone; like the toast. That did not bother us at all, and we were deeply appreciative of the staff's dedication to deliver food as best they could, and were very attentive even though pressed for time.

Everything was just great!
