The server is very attentive to our needs, and very cheerful. Otherwise, this is an ordinary restaurant, serving regular food. She makes it the better-than-ordinary experience.

We visited the Sharis restaurant in Roseburg. We were very pleased with the experience from the initial contact. Our server was Erin who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu items. She checked with us several times throughout the meal. The employees, in the various jobs, each appeared pleasant and happy to be there. The manager was visible, assisting and helping as appropriate. This facility apparently has had a significant upgrade recently and one can tell it was laid out with careful planning and thought. It was a pleasant experience and we will be returning to this Sharis. Great job and yummy food!

This restaurant was recently remodeled and it was much more light and airy than in the past. Very nice. Server was attentive and very nice. Food was excellent!

We were seated after a longer then normal wait and our drink order was promptly taken by greeter and delivered by her. We set our menus down after our choices were made and waited for nearly 15 mins and almost paid for the 2 drinks and left when we were finally greeted by Joeann (number 343918 on top of receipt) who asked if our order had been taken, which we stated no. She sincerely apologized as she was directed to go on her 10 min break and the proper coverage was not given. She made it right by taking very good care of us but otherwise we would of left and prob. not returned for sometime. I got the feeling this either happens often or there is an issue with the supposed covering staff member that should probably be address. Nearly lost a family of 4's business and I do tell friends and family about our experiences in a small town. Would highly recommend management makes sure they communicate with staff on coverage issues!

The restruant was not very busy bu it still took a very long time for our food to be served, I drank all my coffee before the food came. Bob Bright

Food is good and the waitress's are nice & friendly. Accommodate you any way they can.

Server was friendly and check back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They had just remodeled this Sharis and it was very open and attractive.

New store! Great food,and the Manager came by and sat down with us.
