Our waitress,Tami, was cordial and responded to all our requests. On a previous visit to this Shari's, our waitress, Karla, provided exceptional service and good advice about our menu choice. The food was fresh and hot.

Great service good food

Our server (Renee) has waited on us many times! She is always cheerful and fun to talk with! She knows her stuff and tries to please! The food is delicious and we have a favorite dish we always order! Great place to eat dinner!

Our server was great, she was very helpful. She was probably the sweetest waitress I have ever had there. Her name was Rene, she was wonderful.

I walked in the door and was seated promptly. My greeter, Mandy, got me a hot pot of coffee and a whole bowl of half and half like I had requested. Teresa was fantastic! She was attentive to my dining experience, brought my meal as was ordered, sauce on the side, and even remembered my request for a To Go box at the same time. The cafe was really busy, but Teresa stopped by often to check on me. I noticed other servers were also focused on customer service, even the manager Desiree, personally stopped by the table of an elderly couple to apologize for extended wait time ( it was extra busy) and that the meal was on the house. Excellent customer service, served with some fantastic smiles!

The food was delicious and I am always impressed that it is Northwest grown.

I like the pacing of the waitress coming toward table to assist us. She is friendly. She is very knowledgeable of the menu. Teresa was our server at the Roseburg,Oregon Shari’s Restaurant.
