salad was very small.

The Meal Skillet would have been better with red or chopped potatoes rather than hash browns. Coffee is too expensive. Was seated in a poor location.

All in all, things have gotten much better. At one time visited at least twice a week as other people I know had done but things (food quality & cooking) were not up to par consequently we quit going and now things have become much better. The undercooked was my fault as ordered wrong as to the cook.

Waiting 5 minutes to be greeted and having to wait longer to be seated is not going to win you return customers. It's the little things that will hurt your repeat business.

Waitress was not attentive.

our only issue was that our food was not hot. it set out on the counter for a bit and had cooled off.

Ordered the spring omelet which is to come with cheddar cheese, bleu cheese and spinach. The omelet was missing the bleu cheese and there was two leaves of spinach on the outside of the omelet and none inside. I asked for the cheddar to be a light amount which they did. The previous time I have ordered this it was amazing so I was disappointed.

Shari's is adequate. That's why we go there. We always get good food, good service. This is what we expect.

We stood waiting for a good 5 minutes or more to even be acknowledged by the door. Restrooms needed attention. My burger was dry and sort of tasteless, and it was not event hot! Very OVER PRICED for what I received.
