Shari's

I was never offered a refill on my drink. I didn't get one until we were ready to leave and I had to ask for a to go cup.

The young lady who sat us appeared to be less than friendly and hardly spoke. The waitress was fine

The pancakes were very thick and a little tough probably due to the chef flipping them over a 2nd time. The strawberries were delicious!

It was a sunny day ( we have not had many of those lately ) and I did not want to waste it sitting in a restaurant. Husband did. Usually the chain restaurants in Roseburg do not care about the quality of food they serve. Shari's was very good for this days experience for which I am grateful and will certainly keep in mind the next time we decide to eat in Roseburg. We used to eat at Brix downtown but can no longer support them as they are in support of the LNG Jordan Cove project.

Took too long to be acknowledged and ger service..it was not even busy in restaurant..felt neglected..but the waitress was nice when she did wait on us.

Being Highly Satisfied to me means having over the top service and food. The service and food are always up to my expectations and I enjoy them immensely! Shari's is one of our favorite restaurants and we will continue to be happy customers!

Waitress lost track of who arrived first.

The Omelette spinach shrinks in size every time I order it. The menu picture is more appealing then the plate I was given.

Help was not attentive and had to be asked for simple things, like hot sauce to go with mexican food ordered. Check out was slow.
