order was incomplete (no aujuice with dip sandwich), water was not given to other person (who came in late)-had to ask twice for it, the portion of the salad dish ordered (steak salad)seemed quite smaller that we have had previously and straws were not given to all until we asked for them (however this may be a new policy for you and not the girl's fault.) however our waitress was very friendly and fun to talk to and we had a pleasant meal

The restaurant was too cold, which then made the food get cold fast. Didn't order coffee because it is too expensive.

When in the gaming room the service is usually very slow and not always correct. But the staff is usually friendly and funny.

Server is slow and NOT attentive, got the orders WRONG and our food was cold when it got to us

Took too long to buss empty booth so that we could be seated. Several other dirty tables also. Manager was busing.

I tried to check Highly Satisfied, but it did not respond correctly. Guess I lose this time. It must be a computer problem, don't know.

had to wait to long to get seated,the food wasn,nt hot,and my weel done steak was very red when I cut into it.

We love Shari's. It just underwent a remodel and many of the booth spaces aren't as generous as before. The corner booth needs to have ~ 4" removed from the table top width. There were 5 in our party & only 2 med/large people. The rest were normal weight. There was no clearance between the 2 Med/large individuals and the table. Just sayin'
