I asked for crisp bacon. Got regular bacon.

We did ask for extra time to look at the menu, but it took a long time to catch the servers attention when we were ready.

I was there to buy a pie. There was only one server on the floor so I had to wait several minutes while she took orders and delivered food. It wasn't her fault that I had to wait so long.

Waitress just acted like she did not want to be at work...

The food and service has gone down since one of the managers left. I don't know his name . He was young, very energetic, always gave a smile and worked the floor if necessary. Food was good and service was excellent. Wish he was back.

The food is just run of the mill but our favorite waitress, Toni, is outstanding!!

Menu had changed after remodel, had to ask for options previously offered in past menus. Upon asking, I found out that I could order different ingredients that were not shown in the current menu. I ordered a breakfast - omelet (sausage), hash browns, sourdough toast. All meal items appeared to be smaller than I had previously been served, in particular, the hash browns were 50% less compared to previous visits. the meal was acceptable, but seemed a step down in size and presentation. I will return to this restaurant, which I consider to be one of the better breakfast restaurants in Roseburg.

I would like to have turkey bacon or chicken sausage on the menu for a meat selection. (I have sensitives to some foods, so sometimes it makes it difficult for me to select things for breakfast. Have allergies to milk products being used in a lot of the products. Thus, making it hard for me to put a menu together.... Sharis isn't the only place I have difficulties ordering a meal due to my health problems.)

the server Erin was very nice. The portions were fine but cheese on top was not melted . It seemed to take a little long to receive our meal.

The service was a little slow, but the food was GREAT!
