When I came in the hostess looked at me like maybe I was a leper and did not greet me she just looked at me like what are you doing here and yet she greeted everyone else. Also I've been coming in here every week for breakfast once a week for about 6 weeks now and my omelette has always been perfect and today it was slightly overcooked and my strawberries just did not have the fresh flavor that they did last week. I didn't want to bother the waitress

I was a little bit cold in your restaurant because the fan was going. Is there a way the next time i visit if they could turn it down or off?

I find (makes no difference as to how busy establishment is) there is no consistency as to time it takes to receive food, etc. Many times there can be as few as 6 (total) customers and takes quite a while to get the order, regardless of what may be ordered. Other times , when very busy, order is served quickly. Most likely who is working that shift in the kitchen?

Not sure why this survey is saying I was not satisfied. Meal was very enjoyable, service was very good. Kristi is very attentive to our order. She knows the menu very well, also. Was a very good evening!

Ordered the breakfast cannoli and it was fairly dry inside. Manager offered to get something else but also offered to take it off the check, which was very nice of her.

Omelet wasn't as hot as it should have been. My husband's French toast wasn't hot enough to melt the butter.
