Food was over cooked. Had to send it back. They did send out a much better food. Like the service. People were very nice.

Since the remodeling, it is hard to tell if you are in the "to be seated" line or the "pay my bill" line. Too much confusion.

We are Sunday morning regulars at Shari's. Heather, our usual server, is simply amazing. BUT we are starting to rethink our patronage because the KITCHEN is SO SLOW! It is NOT Heather, she's always on top of things, but today our food came out at 5 different times for our group of 8. We want to EAT together, but that's not possible with how slow the food comes out! Half the people were FINISHED with their meal before the rest of us even got ours. Of course they would be polite and wait, but then the food would be cold! PLEASE get help in the kitchen so that the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. A 2-hour breakfast on a Sunday morning is pretty ridiculous.

The portion size of my steak and my hash browns was quite small. But they made good on the steak :)
