it was valentines day and was a very bussy day so I was not dissafed at allbut just got tired of waiting.

The wait staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed. They always have smiles and do what ever they can to accommodate you. What I don't understand is why a cup of hot tea now costs more than a pot of coffee. Tea use to cost less, then was the same price, now it's 10 cents more.

Food delivery time was longer than normal. Temperature of the food was not as usual (cooler than should be). This is not the normal for this site as experience in prior visits. Attributed this to "FREE PIE WEDNESDAY" with the number of patrons. First time on a free pie day so excused it to that.

Coffee pot refill was slow and need to ask for it to be done.

The topping of the chocolate pie was too rich. But other than that, no other issues.

Perfection is not easy! Perhaps I still have resentment from long ago when my honored card was cancelled when nearly full . It has been in my other car &had not been used in a while, so I was told that it was cancelled so I stopped eating at Sheri's for for a few years, when I was told that nothing could be done about it

We came in for Thanksgiving dinner. The food was only warm - specially the gravy. We were a little disappointed with the waitress - she whipped out a handkerchief at the table and proceeded to wipe her nose. Didn't excuse herself to wash her hands and proceeded to take orders and serve. The restaurant didn't seem to be busy when we were there - but we had to get up and find our waitress for the check. And the MOST AWFUL THING - NO PUMPKIN PIE.
