The carpet by the restrooms smelled of urine. Had to ask to move to a table out front.

I usually get the Spinach omlet with no toast but sub. withone pancake. The girl gave me omlet with pancake no hash browns. Itold her I always get the hash brown and just one pancake no toast. she brought me the hash browns and charged me for them.

We were seated next to the waitress station. The table bussers were throwing the dirty dishes and silverware loudly into the plastic bins.It was very noisy we should have asked if we could be moved.

Never received a refill on my soda after it ran out

Always enjoy e Sting here but they were especially busy and the wait for food was much longer than usual

My side dishes were delivered 15 minutes before partners food or my main item

Overall, its your service that needs attention. A good waitress is attentive to her area. This was not the case. Please check back and see if their are any needs in which you could change. A good example would be to be flexible to make the dining experience great. Since we did not receive our dinner salad, you could have comped a desert or discounted the price on our ticket. Would you have paid for something that you didn't receive. Furthermore, make sure that the food is hot, not tepid. You could get into a lot of trouble, if someone was to become ill due to you not keeping the food hot.

Apparently my order was not entered correctly. I ordered a vegetarian meal. When I came to pick it up, the server had to redo it because it had been made with meat. I did not receive the dinner rolls that were supposed to be included. I also asked for whipped cream to go with the pumpkin pie. Apparently this was forgotten, since it was not included with my order. I will open and check everything before leaving next time. I appreciate the fact that you were open on Christmas, but it would be nice if a little more care had been taken to get the order right.

The restaurant was completely full and several groups waiting to be seated but apparently there were not enough cooks on staff because we had a coupon for $25 dinner for 2 but when I looked at the bill my friend was incorrectly charged. Our appetizer onion rings came super hot and fresh and were excellent and about 2 minutes later our steaks came and everything was cold so that wasn't the waitresses fault clearly. Plus I did not care for my broccoli soup at all. It seemed very watered down and my steak was dry.

Thanksgiving Dinner-- Serving size was less than tablespoon size of stuffing and mashpotato. One slice of turkey ! Your picture showed a dinner that covered the plate mine was here and there on plate!!
