My steak was not overcooked but it was very dry and very tough . I almost always order a steak and omelet when I come in-and-in the 2 years I've been regularly patronize in this series this is only the 2nd time I've had a tough steak but the server blew me off and made no attempt to rectify this situation .She had to large tables with loud messy little children ....

The wait time on getting the waitress to wait on us. It was longer wait on food and they were not that busy.

We found that the to-go orders were not nearly as large as the orders at the restaurant. For example, m husband only got about 5 tater tots with his burger. The orders appeared to fit the fairly small to-go containers, not the usual fairly large size of orders.

Food was cool, meat had fat on every piece. It was like chef used fat leftovers cut from prime rib for dish.

Service was slow, but par for the course on a Wednesday, so no biggie. Accordingly we had to order our pie to go, including my birthday slice. I was looking forward to eating my Hazelnut Cream Pie when I got home from my meeting later, but disappointed to realize the to go order was messed up. Of the five pieces of pie, 2 were wrong. My daughter's apple pie was also wrong in the order. As I did want that Hazelnut pie for my birthday, I called Sharis and explained the situation. They agreed to put the pie in the fridge and hold it for me to get the next day. When I got there they only had the Hazelnut pie set aside, so I reexplained about the apple pie, but was told they couldn't do anything about it till later when there would be a manager there...All very ironic in the light that they wouldn't let me use the $5 off on my Sharis Reward card at the time of the original and also have my birthday pie. So I opted for the pie. :)

Food undercooked and portions were poor. Service was good, but spending almost 40$ and having to finish dinner with granola bars and food we had with us while traveling is sad!

when I recieved my mushroom swiss burger and fries it was barely even warm so I brought it up to the waitress and she took it back and had them remake it and it came back hot and yummy.

Evidently they there was a problem with someone losing our order ticket in the back. They were also short a cook. It took us about an hour for our food. Also we were asked if we would like pie which we ordered and it took quite a while to get the pie as well and then it came in a bag. Guess they were ready to get rid of us. We were not even given any compensation for losing our order and the extraordinary long wait to get our dinner.

Chef did not use French Bread (Large pieces) only used regular small plain white sandwich bread. The 4 little pieces (after cut in triangle) looked and were terribly small on the large white platter. Paid way too much for two plain white pieces of sandwich bread. Ridiculous! At least the coconut Crème pie was delicious.
