Never have we seen so many flies. Our lamp at the table had about 8 flies on it at one time. We like Sharis very much and will go back if this problem is taken care of. Yes we told our server.

Because while sitting at our table we had a cockroach run across the top of the seat and across the window sill (inside). then watched another roach run along the wall into the food dump station. across from the coffee station

Out of items that were not available for menu item we orderd

We were almost passed over for being placed on the waiting list. It took too long for someone to take our order. The waitress (Peggy) was not friendly; I felt more like a burden than a guest. We waited much, much too long (at least 25 minutes for a burger and breakfast cannoli) to get our food. We did not know it was free pie day, which apparently was the reason for all the delays. But, gee, you'd think the staff would be prepared for extra traffic if this free pie thing is a regular occurance. If we would have known how long it was going to take, we would have gone somewhere else. We actually discussed leaving before getting our food as the wait was taking way too long. Then it took time to get our pie (which we took to go). Then, at the register, the cashier walked away after telling me to sign the top copy and before I could hand it back. What should we do? Just leave it on the counter? Walk away? As a traveler passing through Roseburg, I was disappointed with the whole Shari's experience. It's a good thing the food tasted good.

Eating at this restaurant is similar to eating in a school cafeteria, i.e., elbow-to-elbow and in plain view of all other diners. The former layout was much more pleasant to eat in. Also, when attempting to us the dinner coupon (buy one, get one for $4.99, I was shocked to learn that the maximum discount was $5.00 -- nowhere is this stated on the coupon! I feel this is extremely misleading and possibly false advertising!

Though not busy, took quite some time to receive order. Have had this same problem in the past.

I had my son get up and ask for condiments and water then we asked for some pop and she forgot to bring all but 1 of them our party was 4.

The food took a hour to get out to us and not that warm thats really all. Maybe just not a good day.

We always enjoy our experience at Sharis. I ordered a side of mac n cheese and didn't see a posted price but assumed it would be a couple dollars. When we received our check it was 6 bucks. Thought that was a bit high.

Poor service cold food did not receive dinner roll until asked for it was told waiting for warm rolls than brought cold one after saying she did not bring rolls waiting for warm ones
