Presentation unappealing. Large white plate with a small piece of quiche thin slice of tastelse's fruit. Look like the last piece of quiche in the pan and should not have been served to anyone. So small not worthy of the price for this.

Can I get a free oregon marionberry pie for being such a good sport about you guys constantly being sold out of em? There my favorite and I'm just feeling a little disappointed that this is like the 3rd or 4th time in a row you've been sold out.

Daughter with me and ordered salmon dinner and when ordered she explained "not raw, but cooked through. Came to the table crisp...way over cooked. Sent back and came back raw. Daughter gave up and item was taken off of check. Problem was the cook not knowing how to fix salmon. Waitress was SUPER in trying to "fix" the order.

I ordered the 1/2 sandwich and side salad. I asked for FRENCH after telling the girl three times she tells me "Oh we don't have that" so when she give me the list she tells me her list. The sandwiches come without any mayo or dressing of any type on it so I have to flag down one of the girls co-workers to ask for it. TERRIBLE service. Then I had to ask for my receipt to do this survey.

Food was cold. We could see our food setting waiting to be served, it sat long enough to get cold! The waitress how things were I told her the food was cold she just walked away. Never offering to even warm it for me!

I was very disappointed with the complete experience. The servers appeared disorganized, taking cuz to one area and turning around o another area . Slow to take orders and greet customers to the point where they changed tables to possibly get better service. Another customer waiting for hot water for extra tea. Customers receiving their orders before we did. Our order was not that complicated. French fries were old and not very tasty. BLT sandwich dry. Steak small for price. Onion rings good. My soup was watery when it came to table indicating to me that it was a preordered and mix just before it came to me. It did start to thicken a little as I tell it. Taste???? I remember it tasting better.N. No bill came so we got up to pay and leave. Our server, Katy, was busy doing ??????? Besides flirt with customer. A get uppermost. New management? After holidays downer? There were four servers while we were there. Took 40 minutes to get our food.

Two of our three customers ordered the blackberry lemon pie but the waitress did not mention at the time of ordering that the "blackberry" portion of the pie was seasonal only. Upon serving our orders we noticed no blackberries; it was then the waitress told us the blackberries were seasonal. The menu may have have stated this but we didn't see it and we specifically asked for the blackberry lemon pie because of the blackberries. Also, about three months ago I wanted to take a cocoanut cream pie to my father who has alzheimers and lives at the Veterans Administration facility. Picked the pie up, drove about two miles, opened the pie up to serve it to him and discovered the pie WAS FROZEN. Called the restaurant and they informed me the pies are not made at the restaurant. I was surprised and my father was greatly disappointed. Howerver, these two instances have not stopped my family from returning to this restaurant. I have, however, mentioned to those who order pies that sometimes they are still frozen. Glad to see Shari's in Roseburg, OR.

The food tasted so bland and the portions were small. They were out of all the pies but 4 pieces! It was 8pm! They were not following their menu on what soups were listed so I had to have something else. My husband's food wasn't good either. Highly unsatisfied with the food and pies. Isn't this place known for it's pies? Doubt I will be coming back.

There was more gravy than potatoes. Part of the chicken fried steak was raw. Chicken strip had a visible layer of salt. Brought the check without offering a box. Had to wait to get someone's attention.

Got sat right away, the waitress for that table passed right by us multiple times and never even acknowledged our existence, after about 15 minutes of this I told my wife look at that waitress over there, she was hustling back and forth for her customers, a couple had been sit in her area and were greeted by her and given water and drinks right away, so, we got up and moved to her area, told the new waitress why and was given excellent service by her, sadly as great as she was I was seated where I could see the cooks put dishes out, I could tell it was ours, it sat and sat and sat, finally she got them, my wife had Salmon, it was very dry and overcooked, I had the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich, the turkey was very little and also overcooked and dry...needless to say the food was lukewarm for sitting so long, I blame this on the cooks not the waitress who was extremely sweet and attentive.
