as previously stated-the food was straight from the freezer and tasteless service was slower than I would expect 2 startling incidents of multiple dishes being dropped and broken

First off when we walked in the hostess was very nice & seated us right way, brought our water & a menu. Then we were asked by 3 different waitresses if we were ready to order as soon as one asked & left another came & asked. We rec'd our soup & salad & with in a few mins, our meal came without time to have our salad & soup. Mine was missing gravy, I had to ask for it. She remarked when leaving the table that no one else had asked for it. While we are eating the waitress came with the check and said she had to leave, we said ok, kept eating, she introduced another that would take care of us then stood there awhile, took the bill & left. During the meal we were constantly checked on to the point we could not complete a sentence to each other. While paying the hostess actually asked if I wanted my change! It was only a few cents but was she going to pocket it? Why would your hostess ask a customer if they wanted their change?

Our original waitress must have gone off shift. Whoever took her place knew nothing about our pie order - we were luck that they still had the kind we wanted - it did seem like our original waitress must have set our pie aside because they told people at the table next to us that they were out of it later - then we never got checked for refills. I waited 30 minutes for a refill to finish my food that went cold - and when I was able to get someone's attention and ask for a refill it still took 15 minutes and then there was no ice in it and it was warm...this is not the first time I have had poor service after a shift change. It is almost like they have the attitude of, "who cares? it is someone else's tip anyway". Of course, I do not know how they share tips, but I do know there are an infinite ways to split zero and still be fair to all. I am normally a good tipper, but sadly the service was deplorable after the first waitress left. Shari's has always been one of my favorite places to go, and the new renovation is great, but next time I go I will make sure I ask for a waitress that is not leaving in the next hour, in case she is only motivated by tips...thanks for listening.

As always at Shari's, waiting for a particular person (waitress) to seat you is much too long, then again at the cash register the same long wait. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, which was boring, tasteless, soggy and overall unpleasant. Our coupon was clearly visible on the table but the waitress failed to tell us (as in fine print) that we had to order a beverage, not just water. So, our main reason for visiting Sheri's was the coupon, which was disqualified.

I ordered Bacon-well done, and my partner ordered sausage. When the food was brought to our table my bacon was burned--actually black in spots, and my partner had bacon (burned also) instead of sausage. He addressed the sausage issue with the waitress and she brought him the ordered sausage. Also I ordered sourdough toast--it was delivered but 3 of the 4 pieces had lettuce 'buttered' into the bread--very unappetizing appearing--needless to say it was not eaten.

It has been a little while since our previous visit. As we walked inside we were very disappointed. It was very bright. It was like walking into a cafeteria. The homey atmosphere was gone. We were seated. As were sitting there waiting for the waitress to come back we noticed it was very cold inside. We even were thinking about getting our jackets from the car. We went ahead and ordered our food. My fiance had an omelette and I had the Pastrami sandwich with fries. After quite a while the waitress finally brought us our meals minus my fries. She told me the fries were running a little behind and she would bring them out to me when they were done. Needless to say I never received my fries. I brought this to another waitresses attention because our waitress never returned to ask us how our meals tasted. This new waitress offered to order fries for me, a free slice of pie or to knock off a percentage off our ticket. Our waitress came over to apologize. We used to always recommend your restaurant to all our friends. After seeing your remodel and your employees lack of attention to details were not going to recommend your restaurant anymore and highly unlikely we will return.

One of the items ordered was the loaded potato soup and it was lukewarm almost cold. My mother ordered the Quiche and when it came out it was smaller then a thin slice of pie (actually the pie slices are bigger) along with the the Quiche she got melon which still had the rind on it. My mother is basically blind, and the rind blends in with the green melon so she was having a hard time eating it. My husband had an omelette with unripe avocado on it. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and asked for the gravy on the side but it did not come out that way. It was slathered in gravy which made the chicken soggy. I was very disappointed. WE talked to a lady manager and she was snotty with us and said that this is the size of the Quiche and asked if my mom wanted a cup of soup...it was cold. Overall very disappointed.

I have ate at Sharis in other locations, the Roseburg Sharis is the worst one. The times I have eaten there the food is gross. The only thing to eat a this restaurant is the pies. It is pretty sad when Denny's is a better place to go.

there was a black hair between my pancakes. this was the second thing to happen... a few weeks earlier I was served a bunch of grapes that had visible dirt on them. the service is ok, the food tastes good but there is a definite PROBLEM in the kitchen. Don't you wash your fresh fruit and veggies? Don't the cook's wear hair nets?

Our meal was fine, but the pie we got to go was very disappointing. i am going to take back today because the crust was so mushy it made the rest of the filling runny.
