Very disappointed this time. The pie slices were very small and the key lime not too flavorful. Other party had strawberry rhubarb and again not the best. Had to wait a long time to check out and the manager had a hard time having to run the check 4 times and it did not take off the $5 reward that we had earned.

I did not have a bad experience and I was very satisfied with the experience

over priced-- steak overcooked- wrong toast- very poor grilled cheese sandwich

The gravy was old an burnt, waitress said she would tell the kitchen, never brought us water or offered different gravy, an we never saw her

It took a long time for our drink order to be taken and a significant amount of time for our simple breakfast orders to arrive. The people seated before us AND after us all ate and paid for their meals before we even received our meals. The food we did receive was lukewarm at best - butter wouldn't melt on pancakes, scrambled eggs were cold, etc. Wait staff did not check back or make eye contact. Ridiculous experience that we will not repeat. The restroom was a disaster with no tissue paper, dirty floors, and overflowing trash bin. This was at 5:30pm.

My husband ordered a steak. There were hardly a steak it was FULL of FAT. It was too cook, we had to return the steak.

I took my mom and dad there for Thanksgiving lunch (11am) I ordered the 14.99 ham dinner, my mom ordered the 1499 turkey dinner so we could have a little of each. The ham was dry and curling on the edges, there were only 3 tiny tiny pieces and a chunk of rubber skin with only fat on it. I couldn't even cut with a knife. I brought it to their attention and the comment was "huh, sorry about that" The potatoes were basically water with lumps and drowned in gravy. I had to ask for a plate to scoop some of the gravy off to even see if there were even any potatoes under there. the stuffing was ice cold and so dry it crumbled. the turkey had been soaked way too long in salty brine and looked watery and grey it tasted of processed meat and salt. the whip topping on the pumpkin pie was already separating when bought to the table this meal was totally unacceptable even for a soup kitchen

My sister & I both ordered the hot turkey sandwich waitress came back & said they were out of veg would we like extra potatoes we said yes. The waitress then returned & said they were out of cranberry sauce. We get our food there is maybe a 2oz scoop of potatoes 2 pieces of bread & 1 slice of turkey that tasted like it had been in the walkin for a week uncovered. The gravy was so thick it didn't pour more like chunked on top & it was very salty it needed to be thinned down. Our ticket was $26.16. Now I wouldn't mind that price if we would have actually gotten what was supposed to be with the plate. Our waitress asked if we'd like something else but by this point we were both done & just wanted to leave. We could have went to Denny's gotten everything that was supposed to be on the plate. We had been at the hospital for 14 hrs. We were tired & hungry & wanted a nice sit down dinner. So no we didn't want to wait for something else & have the same problem

I took my wife to your restaurant for her birthday. After placing the order, the food came 35 minutes later, and was cold. I took a bite of mine, and did not finish it. My wife is a diabetic, and needed to eat. She ate the toast.

The waitress was so busy visiting with her friends that we weren't taken care of in the manner we are used to at Sharis. I watched her after she took our order for pie and then go back to talking with her friends at another booth for a few minutes. She finally went to cut our slices of pie and bringing us the pie with an incorrect check which she did see was incorrect and went to fix it but not before talking with her friends again. When we have ordered Chicken and waffles at other Sharis we are always asked if we want the gravy on the side or on the waffles, but not this time. I ordered soup and it came lukewarm not hot. I didn't send it back because it took so long to get in the first place. We were traveling and expected the normal good fast service at Sharis which we certainly didn't get.
