Waitress completely got our orders wrong- she did not offer to correct-it was miserable also because my partner received his meal at least 20 minutes after I did. I didn't receive entire order and still had to pay full price, etc!

3 staff 4 people seated. 5 minute wait to be seated. Others coming in waited longer. Did not bring refills, didn't even ask.

5 adults and 2 kids. Ordered drinks, had to ask for coffee 3 times, got it after food was served. Asked for water and never got it. Had to ask for milks 3 times. Server brought out ONE PLATE AT A TIME. Several minutes went by between each plate. I WAS DONE WITH MINE BEFORE 3 OTHERS WERE SERVED. Server blamed "new cook" and plates were too hot to carry. ONE PERSON IN OUR PARTY NEVER GOT HIS FOOD. SERVER CAME BACK TO TABLE ASKING WHAT HE ORDERED, BLAMED COOK AGAIN. Promised to start cooking this order, but we had already been there 40 minutes so he went out to our car mad and just waited till we finished our meal. /server came to table and offered "a slice of pie" to make up for my son going hungry. I refused. She again blamed the new cook. Never called the manager. My husband ordered t bone steak, medium. It was VERY RARE. He was trying to choke it down but it was just bloody on the inside so he stopped eating after about 40%. He was trying not to further ruin our family dinner by being quiet about it. When I asked why he stopped eating he showed me and then I asked for the manager and said I don't want to pay for it because it's not edible. She took it off. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Price for quantity burger was burnt very few fries for 10.99 Daughter ordered nachos and they brought her a hamburger Nachos were gross we could have ate cheaper at MC Donald's and left full In stead we left hungery

Took my 86yr old mother to Thanksgiving dinner at 11am. String beans were so tough you couldn't chew them. The stuffing was absolutely gross tasting. Ran out of pumpkin pie so we ordered another and out of that also. We eat here at least once a week for the last 4 years and I was so mad when we left. A total of $35.16 for a worthless dinner with no dessert. We drove 24 miles round trip to the next town to have coffee and the best pumpkin pie.

A lot of these questions do not apply as I ordered 2 thanksgiving Holiday meals to go. The meal was awful!!! The turkey was pressed not cooked there in the store. The dressing was mush. Potatoes are potatoes and the cranberry sauce was excellent. That green bean casserole was unserveable and I couldn't tell you about the sweet potatoes because for the second year....we didn't get any!!!! There won't be a next year or a referral for Shari's. Have not gone back to the store and spoken to the manger because there is no point. All the food was obviously brought in and not made fresh. The pies were good and the rolls were not eaten...don't know why.

We went to Roseburg, Oregon Shari's and Tina was our waitress. My husband ordered a bacon BBQ burger. He received the wrong order. We let our waitress know it was wrong, but said it was ok. We didn't want the food go to waste. I ordered a quiche. There were no ingredients inside the quiche. They were sprinkled on top and those ingredients were wrong as well. Our waitress did not come back to check on us once. When we received our receipt for our order, we were over charged. We were charged for what we ordered, but what we received was cheaper on the menu. I understand mistakes happen, but no apology or change if ticket was added. Highly unsatisfied.

When we arrived the hostess asked how many, we replied 2. We asked if we could sit by the window, she replied sure. Another customer walked over, she stopped to help that customer then returned and seated another family. She never returned. We seated ourselves

Waited for half hour to receive food after ordering. I received lukewarm food, raw hash browns, limp bacon.Bummed!!!!

Ordered bruschetta/avocado salad. Did not receive bruschetta, just bread with spots of butter on it. Granddaughter's pancakes in her sampler were huge and undercooked. Also tasted bland and pretty much not edible. Brought it to the attention of check out person. She adjusted. Thank you.
