The waitress was unprepared to answer menu questions.After finally taking our order,it was 20+ min before she brought my husbands salad instead of his soup that he asked for first. It was another long wait for the main meal.Inbetween times, our drinks were refilled by another waitress as ours had disappeared. When our meal arrived, my mashed potatoes had gravy on them while I had requested butter only, and I had said NO Horsradish. It was wasted. My husband didnot receive the roll that comes with his dinner.As we didn't see the waitress for a considerable time, it was too late to tell her.She never returned to check on our meal after it arrived. We had to wait a long time for our check so we could leave. Her name was Angela.

Our server Peggy was very rude and not very attentive to us I believe because we were younger and she felt it was a waste of her time and she assumed she wouldn't receive a tip. She brought us a check as soon as our food came out making me feel like I was being pushed out like we were an inconvenience and she didn't check on us I had to stop her to ask for things even stop other servers to get boxes and she brought us the boxes and reached accross our table to dump the food into the boxes so she could take them and rush us out of there for a faster turn over rate

I think corporate needs to visit this Resturant. I've lived here for 7 years. Been to many Shari Resturants and for some reason this one is so bad. I've given them several chances and still horrible and expensive for the portions and the taste. It would be to Sharis advantage to come and fix this place!!

When I arrived hostess told me she would be right there, she never came not even after an additional 2 groups came. When I was finally seated by a waitress I placed my order (I already knew what I wanted) a summer salad. I waited and waited for a total of 35 minutes (for my salad). Other people came in after I did placed their order for the same thing I did and got it in a very timely manner. When I finally got my order there were no strawberries, only 3 pieces of hard green avocado a little bit of cucumber and blue berries. I will say that the blueberries and chicken were good. The Pita read was hard enough to cut my mouth. I asked for ranch dressing and got it but it was barely enough to say it was there. When I asked for more it never came, the same when I asked for more water to drink. I have eaten this salad at other Shari's and have been more than happy. I was looking forward to having it again and was more than disappointed. When I went to pay my bill which came to $10.59 I handed the cashier $11. She took it and was making change for I'm not sure how much. I asked her what she was doing. She was going to give me change of $19.41. She said oh and laughed.

you need people that want to work and not just mess around and someone that can make food. we have been there 3 times after you remodled and all 3 have been bad. it took 30 min just to get the food.

Slow to be seated. Ordered stuffed hashbrowns and T-bone steak medium. Waited an unusual amount of time. When served, the bone was not done and inside steak was raw (blue on inside). Server upon seeing the cut, took the steak back to be cooked more. When served again, bone was done and meat was thin and dry with little pink in middle. The outer edges were charred black but fat was not caramelized. Ask waitress to ask cook if steak was frozen or above room temp when started to cook it. Reply was not frozen but crummy steaks.

We sat at a table we sit at on a regular basis and did not even get a menu or drinks until we ask for it. Our waitress walked by us three times and did not even acknowledge us. We finally had to catch the attention of another waitress who we knew to get menus and drinks. We then waited and finally got the attention of the same waitress to take our order. We then waited and waited for our food. We were to the point of walking out when it finally came. It took from time of our placing our order about 30 to 45 minutes to get our food. the excuse they gave was our order had got lost in the kitchen. I ask to speak to the manager. I told her what had happened. She deducted my drink and $2.49 off each of our bills. We have been going there for over a year and never had this bad of service. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Hamburger bun had two finger holes on the top where the handler's fingertips broke through the crust. A dust bunny was also sitting on the top of the burger. The waitress was nowhere to be found for minutes and had to flag down someone else to get her. When she came, she was aloof and very matter of frank, seemed to be in a rush. Didn't ask what I would like to do, just took it and said she would fix it. I didn't the want the bun changed out because the burger was cold by then. Had to call after her to tell her I would like something else. She stood a table or two away, seemed irritated and asked what I wanted. I quickly had name something I remembered reading on the menu, since we didn't have our menus anymore. When the check came she let me know that I wasn't going to be charged the extra buck or two for the replacement burger. Classy, making me feel like she was doing me a favor. Something else, it is really disgusting to have to drink from a water cup that has been carried to my table by the rim. Yuck. I should have asked for a straw.

Portion size ,both meals. Prime rib was barely warm, waitress gladly returned it to kitchen to heat it up but it came back like it had been warmed in the microwave not on a grill all grey and edges were shriveled up. 2 small pieces of fish and 6 small shrimp heavily battered and greasy. Really? Guess you're trying to cut costs but.......why should i keep giving you another chance to provide another poor meal at a premium price? Won't happen again! !
