after the waitress got my order, she brought my food and then never returned to my table again. She serviced tables that were just ordering but never stopped by mine to see if everything was okay. I had my drink glass empty at the edge of the table, I never got a refill. I could clearly hear her near the kitchen talking to someone she referred to as "boss man" about how slow it was that night. So I don't know why she could never come back to the tables (mine wasn't the only one) that had their food to see if anything else was needed. I finished my food and never received a check. Another waitress walked by and noticed me sitting there with an empty plate but just walked off never notifying my waitress. After sitting there between 5-10 minutes, I just got up and walked to the register. Never was asked if I wanted dessert like I normally am asked, at the table or register. For a majority of the time she just stood and talked to "boss man" instead of tending to her tables, so obviously the manager didn't seem to care either of the lousy service.

Wait time to be seated all the way to receiving our food was ridiculously long. Our server, Peggy, was curt, impatient and unattentive. Our food was barely luke warm when we received it. I waited quite a long time to receive my food after I sent it back. It was STILL barely warm. But that is what happens when food is microwaved instead of being RE-COOKED. When our server informed me my meal would be up shortly, she did so over the top of a customers head at the table next to us. VERY unprofessional. There is more, but not enough time to express it.

We visit Sharis from Seattle to Oregon/Cali border, we have stopped at this Sharis a few times and each time we wait for our food for more than 30 min. We understand it is not a fast food, but having stopped at other Sharis and not waiting that long it is a disappointment each time we are in Roseburg. It seems everything flows very slow, with no urgency. It is hard to find a family atmosphere, I just can't say we will be back to this Sharis.

The wait person visited the two tables beside mine frequently but always kept her back to me and never returned after delivering the food. I was wanting a glass of water and after failing to get her attention I went to the counter. As she went back & forth I waited five minutes for some attention and didn't receive any until the cashier got some water. When I got back to my food a fly was crawling on it so I paid, told the cashier of my unhappiness and left. The cashier suggested I ill out this survey. $14.18 down the tubes and much dissatisfaction.
