I periodically visit this Shari's restaurant (Medford, OR) and the one in Central Point, OR. They are about equal distance from my home. I love the variety of food that is offered and the fact that I can get anything on the menu 24/7, unlike some other local places. And I am addicted to your Belgian waffles!! My waitress, Audrey, was exceptional!! Although she could have used roller skates at times, my water glass was always cheerfully filled, more napkins magically appeared without my asking and even with all the other customers being cared for, she remembered what kind of pie I wanted after my meal. I think she deserves not only a letter of appreciation, but a raise also, for all her hard work. It was noticed and appreciated. Sincerely, Kelleigh Rae Duncan
