The restaurant was full for Beckie this morning. Her and the manager made sure we were all well taken care of. Beckie is our favorite

Last night was our first visit. The service was very poor. Great food, but had to wait a long time to get waited on...the restaurant was 10% full. We just wanted to eat and leave but when it came to get desert, as in marionberry pie, we knew we had to come back. That slice was amazing. Tonight we had a different waitperson. We were relieved, she knew the menu. The food came hot and she was so hospitable, we decided we will come back whenever she is there. At least every Wednesday. Tonight was a great dining experience. Thank you for making such good dinners!

The atmosphere and shari's team are always kind and curtious. The menu has many of our favorite dishs. Medford Shari's is a great restaurant.

The food. The customer support. And the sincerity of the people.

Everything was good except we ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream and he brought us a half full cup of hot choc no cream

The server was awesome!!! Great attitude.

I came in for a slice of pie to go and my service was instant. My lovely server told me about the pie sale. I just gave a pie card to a neighbor to thank them for feeding the cat while I was away and she had thanked me and told me how good the coconut pie was. When I tasted my banana pie the quality was excellent. I'm taking another of your pies to a memorial tomorrow. Thanks for being so scrumptious!

I was highly satisfied mainly because of the waiter. He was so kind and amazing! He got us seated quickly and our food came out quickly

The waitress was very friendly and attentive! The wait time for the food was o nly a few mins.
