staff was very attentive to every need or requested service. The restaurant was very clean, and a fresh atmosphere where people could talk and relax. I have been in competitors resterant and have been ignored for long periods, but never at a Shari's.

I enjoyed how my server greeted my company and I in a cheerful manner. When he sat us at table he got us drinks almost immediately too! His optimism even though he was working really made our morning delightful. He was very kind about making sure we had everything we absolutely needed.

Deb, our waitress, is fantastic and is super knowledgeable with the menu and ALWAYS remembers our names.

As a former food server and child of parents who owned restaurants I felt everyone did a great job! From greeting us as we entered the restaurant, being seated in a timely manner, friendliness and competence of our food server, our meals in regard to temperature/taste/presentation, etc. I had no complaints! Wonderful experience...

The waitress was very friendly and when not tending to tables she was vacuuming the floor and refilling condiments.

Because she is a favorite server of ours, she knows what we usually drink when we walk through the door. Because she heard that today was our 5th year wedding anniversary she served our soda in wine glasses, which we thought was a very nice gesture on her part. She also checked out food to make sure all was cooked and prepared correctly and to make sure it was hot.
